Model 100 Chlorinator/Dechlorinator
As the treated wastewater flows through the tablet feeder,
it makes contact with the chlorine tablets, which gradually
dissolve and slowly release even, controlled amounts of active
chlorine into the wastewater. If the flow rate increases, the
liquid level in the tablet feeder rises and more tablets are
immersed. If the flow rate decreases, the liquid level drops and
exposes fewer tablets to the effluent.
The rate of chlorination and the chlorine residual can be
adjusted. After adjustment, they remain constant and in
proportion to the flow. If needed, adjustments can be made by
varying the number of feed tubes that are filled.
Capable of disinfecting flows up to 1,500 gallons per day (gpd).
Has a 4” diameter inlet and outlet; lockable cover; risers are
available.
Mounting - For installation on discharge lines, a 4” diameter
inlet and outlet are provided
Materials - Each is constructed with a chemical and ultraviolet
resistant high density polyethylene
Feed Tubes - two removable PVC tubes, 28” long and with a 3”
inside diameter, with caps. Each tube holds 34 tablets
Risers (Optional)- For expanding tablet feeder to grade on deep
installations
Lockable Cover - Prevents unauthorized access
Limited Warranty - Every tablet feeder carries a 10-year, limited
warranty against defective materials and workmanship.

Accu-Tab® Wastewater Tablets from PPG
Patented Accu-Tab calcium hypochlorite wastewater tablets are manufactured with HI-SIL(TM) H-303 silica to provide a steady source of available chlorine. The PPG-engineered silica is an erosion modifier that replaces aluminum stearate, which can be violently reactive under certain environmental conditions. Accu-Tab wastewater tablets are compatible with standard 2 5/8-inch feeders, contain 73 percent nominal available chlorine and are made and serviced in the U.S. with no foreign materials. The tablets have a beveled edge and smaller 2.5-inch diameter to reduce wicking.
Most on-site aerobic wastewater systems that treat up to 250,000 gallons per day, including those for residential sites, apartment complexes and small commercial sites, can use Accu-Tab wastewater tablets.
