PL-122 Effluent Filter
The PL-122 was the original Polylok filter. It was the first filter on the market with an automatic shut-off ball installed with every filter. When the filter is removed for regular servicing, the ball will float up and prevent any solids from leaving the tank. Our patented design cannot be duplicated. Ideal for residential waste flows up to 3,000 gallons per day (GPD).

PL-525 Effluent Filter
The PL-525 Effluent Filter is rated for 10,000 GPD (gallons per day) making it one of the largest filters in its class. It has 525 linear feet of 1/16” filtration slots. Like the Polylok PL-122, the Polylok PL-525 has an automatic shut-off ball installed with every filter. When the filter is removed for cleaning, the ball will float up and temporarily shut off the system so solids won’t leave the tank.

The Model 101 tablet feeder is a compact, economical alternative to other tablet feed devices. Designed and tested to NSF/ANSI Standard 46, the Model 101 is rated for 1500 gallons per day when used with Accu-Tab® Wastewater tablets. Dosing is controlled entirely by the rate of flow through the device. Flow control weirs in the tablet feeder control the depth of the water in the device and the amount of chemicals in contact with the flow. There are no moving or electrical parts that require maintenance. The functional portion of the Model 101 is housed within a standard pipe fitting. This allows a small overall footprint and easy connections to system pipes. For installations where a contact chamber is not required, the Model 101 can be installed in line with the pipe with no additional fall through the device.

Patented Accu-Tab calcium hypochlorite wastewater tablets are manufactured with HI-SIL(TM) H-303 silica to provide a steady source of available chlorine. The PPG-engineered silica is an erosion modifier that replaces aluminum stearate, which can be violently reactive under certain environmental conditions. Accu-Tab wastewater tablets are compatible with standard 2 5/8-inch feeders, contain 73 percent nominal available chlorine and are made and serviced in the U.S. with no foreign materials. The tablets have a beveled edge and smaller 2.5-inch diameter to reduce wicking.
